A $120 bong with not only 9mm thickness, but extreme quality and precision glass blowing.
I would say that this is the best bong. What more could you ask for? It's heavy to normal people who aren't very strong which means it is very durable. The diffused downstem is fuckin top notch!
The downstem is easiest to clean too! Just put the downstem in a ziplock, pour Morton's table salt on it, and last but not least, 91% isopropyl alcohol.
Seal the ziplock. Put a finger over one hole of the downstem and shake it like a shake weight. Let it sit for a minute or two and then put a finger over the other hole and shake again. Pull the downstem out and rinse the salt out with hot water.
Sparkling clean results. Do the same thing to your bowl too, make sure you clean them in the same bag of solution so you don't waste anything.
I advise you NOT to leave your bowl/downstem in the cleaning solution overnight or for an extended period of time, as this can make resin build up.
Let me tell you tho, this thing rips. I mean, seriously, how picky can you be if you don't like this bong? $120 is a nice middle ground between expensive and cheap in the bong world.
On one hand, there's bongs that costs thousands of dollars, much like how some paintings of art are $100, meanwhile, others are worth millions.
Tip: use 91% isopropyl alcohol and Morton's table salt for any maintenance and cleaning. Whenever I was at the store, I picked up Morton's iodized salt.
Not sure if that had any impact, but I've only cleaned it once with iodized salt.
Note: the white thing seen in the picture is a keck clip, which is sold separately. The bowl you also see, is one that has a built in glass screen, not the one that came with my bong

I got the thick boy because the percolator in my other LA pipe broke off and I didn't want to have another pipe break when I cleaned it. I should have gotten the pipe with the percolator that broke and have been more careful cleaning it. Although the thick boy will never break it doesn't have a percolator and the smoke is harsh for me. I'm a 74 year old stoner left over from the late 60's and my physical condition is not what it used to be. The thick boy pipe is a good strong pipe for younger guys but without a percolator it's harsh on my lungs and throat and I cough too much when I hit it. It was very nice of LA pipes to sell me the thick boy at a discount after my LA percolator pipe broke but I really should have gotten the same percolator pipe. It's no fault of LA pipes, it's God's fault for making old folks weaker than young ones. LA pipe guys are still very cool but the smoke out of the thick boy comes out too hot for me. The LA pipes however are made by master pipe makers and there's not even a single bubble in the glass.
i reached out 3 times for the warranty and i haven’t gotten any reply it’s been at least 2 months. smh why say life time warranty if you can’t stand by that.
