Very Disappointing

I was super excited about this purchase, couldn't wait for it to arrive. Unfortunately, the mouthpiece is huge and doesn't create a functional seal with my mouth. Granted, I'm not the biggest guy, but I've been smoking for 30+ years and have never had this issue before. I'll need to gain 20 lbs, just for this thing to fit my face. The flare at the top just ruins it for me. So bummed. If you have a smaller face, you may want to try something else.

Never Received

There was a problem w shipping and it returned to sender. Been over a week since it I received the notification it was returned to LA Pipes. I was told that it would be resent once it returned to their warehouse, but I have heard nothing. I have reached out to customer support a few times and have been told that they were working on it and trying to locate it. Hopefully I actually get my bong because it looks sick.
