Wrong Size Received

Received the wrong size. Contacted them by email since they won’t give you a phone to call. They answered and said someone would contact me. That was 2 weeks ago.

Quality product 10/10 customer service

Got this as a replacement for the stock downstem that I broke. Customer service gave me a discount code but ended up reccomending the wrong size. When the downstem came and I informed them that it was too long they sent me a new one for free.
