Question

Hi I have the squared up 9mm thick beaker bong and was wondering what size is the stem for it . I purchased the 5 inch stem and it seems to be too big for it, it doesn’t pull well. Would it be the 4 1/2?

Hi David, thanks for reaching out. The 5 inch stem is the recommended downstem size for the 'Squared Up' but since our pieces are handmade some measurements may vary so there are times that a 5' will not work perfectly to the 'Squared Up'. We'll send you a 4.5' and you might need to adjust the water level for it to work perfectly with your piece. We'll send you the details of the replacement downstem via email. Warm regards,

it works, but not correct piece

I was told I needed a 5" downstem for my LApipes "Thicc Boy" but really I needed a 5 1/2" downstem. I should have gone with my measurement, but went with the advice I got from an email instead.

Hi Peggy! We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by the incorrect sizing of the downstem. We use a 5' downstem for the Thicc Boy but all our glass pieces are handmade so there would be slight variations to the size and length on rare occasions.
