This company makes things right

So ordered a piece and accidentally broke the down stem cleaning it. I measured wrong the first time so they sent what I asked for. I asked to exchange it and the rep asked me to send pictures and I asked for that exact one that came with it and I gave him the correct measurement with a picture of it being 4” and he sent a email saying it’s 3.5 and that he had sent another one. And yes it works good and fine and yes maybe that was originally suppose to be in it and maybe a worker ran out of 3.5’s popped a 4 in there at the end of his shift and it still worked… Point is I tilt my piece due to me relaxing ha while I hit it and it hits perfect, better than any one I’ve ever bought before. They saw my review which is funny cause i thought I was replying to them on an email and noticed at the end it was a public review I didn’t send it or tried not to! So honestly I don’t know how it on the site cause I really love the company and they make it right not only once but TWICE. So you can buy with complete confidence that A. Your piece is gonna be really durable, functional and prolly one of the best pieces you’ve ever bought but B. that if anything does happen to be incorrect in anyway they will surely make it correct. So thank you LA Pipes and everyone who had a hand in the assistance of my concern and solution! Awesome company, great service & I’m getting my second one soon !

Very well made...I love those diffused slits near the bottom (3 on each side near the bottom of the down-stem) which helps with the percolation of the water to circulate the smoke coming up and makes for a full smooth toke! SPOT ON!
