I got my bong on February 7th. It’s been almost a month

We understand your frustration and wanted to clarify the details of your order. According to tracking, your bong was marked as delivered on February 13, and we responded to your email about it.
Additionally, you requested a more expensive replacement which is the Thicc Boy bong, but we let you know that we weren’t able to send that as a replacement. However, as a one-time courtesy, we offered to send you the 'Squared Up' Heavy 9mm Thick Beaker Bong instead. We never received a response to that email.

Broke within 3weeks of having it. Not as strong as adverstised

You’re pipe is made of glass and glass can break. Time has nothing to do with this. It’s what caused the glass to break is what you should post about. A break like this typically happens when you knock your bong over. The glass is thickish but in my experience the single perc hits rough
