I ordered 3 of these. Unfortunately, two of the three were sent to me with internal stress cracks and already broken.

It showed up with the handle broken. I made a support ticket for it but it still blows my mind it showed up broken.... It was actually packed very well.

only 4 of the 6 holes are able to be cleared with a paperclip, other 2 are too small
