Original Product Failure

***I used this bong for approximately 4 days and the entire stem area broke off in one piece while I was cleaning it. It was not hit, dropped or impacted in any way. With that said, I am not satisfied with this item.***

I am amending my previous review of the 12” Workhorse pipe. Although my initial experience with the product was unsatisfactory, upon reading my review, the vendor (“LA Pipes”) reached out and shipped a new pipe to me at no charge. They did this without any request on my part. The new pipe has arrived and is fine and working well. LA Pipes, however, in my opinion has gone well above expectations to satisfy their customer. I now give this product and vendor 5 stars.
